Each day will begin with a registration\/verification performed by tournament directors Laura King and Edwin Dizon. Then 4 hanchans will be played back to back with no lunch break in between. Players are free to take breaks between hanchans after completing their games. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTo play in this event, you will need to join the \u003ca rel=\"noopener\" title=\"World Riichi Championship (WRC) Discord\" href=\"https:\/\/discord.gg\/KxDnbtjxhz\" target=\"_blank\"\u003eWRC Discord\u003c\/a\u003e and create your own \u003ca rel=\"noopener\" title=\"RonRon\" href=\"https:\/\/ron2.jp\/3\/\" target=\"_blank\"\u003eRonRon\u003c\/a\u003e account. However, we do expect participants to have a full understanding of the WRC ruleset and a solid amount of in-person play experience. This event is meant to cultivate a serious competitive environment and to that end we would ask players to participate with that in mind.
